In order for Windows XP to properly utilize the driver for the colorimeter, you must install MonacoEZcolor after upgrading to Windows XP. If you had MonacoEZcolor installed when you upgraded your system to XP, uninstall MonacoEZcolor (DO NOT remove shared DLLs when prompted by the uninstaller).  Reinstall MonacoEZcolor. Restart the computer.
