In some cases, PULSE ColorElite may show split patches like the one below:

The split patch view is intended to alert the user to a potential problem with the target. However, in this case, the two halves are in the same general family of colors (greens and green-cyans). If the colors fall into the same family, the measurements are fine and a good profile can be made.. If you see very different colors in the two halves, like green and yellow or blue and red, then you should check your target for defects and measure the corresponding row again.
