Q: My DTP70 has trouble loading the target.  When the paper is fed into the device, the DTP70 has trouble “catching” the paper and transporting it into the device for measurement.

A: What thickness of paper are you using? Thicker paper may require a gentile push in order to get it started.  Also, are you centering the target in the feed? The DTP70 is designed for center justification.
