When naming your profile, consider including the name of your display manufacturer, the model, the relevant display settings, and the date.

It might look something like:
LCD_Display_D50_140cd_01012011.icc.

This may seem like a mouthful, but you will appreciate the convenience of having everything you need to know in the name of the file later on.  You will likely accrue several profiles over the life of your digital workflow and naming your profiles in a logical manner will save you time and energy when trying to locate a specific profile that you wish to use.
