If you would like to save the custom palettes you have created in your ColorPicker, just choose File > Export in the ColorMunki menu. Save your palettes as X-Rite Color Exchange Format v. 2.0 (.cxf2) and move them to a safe location.

To restore your custom palettes, go to File > Import and browse to the .cXf2 files that you had previously exported.
