Q - I am trying to import colors to QuarkXPress and the Add/Remove buttons are grayed out. What should I do?

 A - This is caused by an extension conflict. The most common cause is Speech Manager 1.4. To fix this problem, open Extensions Manager (or Conflict Catcher, a third-party version), locate the extension and turn it off. Then, restart your computer and re-export the palette. The colors should import properly. An additional possibility is conflict with After Dark screen saver. If this is the case, disable the After Dark extension, restart your computer and re-export the palette. It should now import properly.
